Activation Android SDK 1.3.0

Superseded by 1.3.1 — install 1.3.1 instead

Activation Android SDK 1.3.1 is a hotfix for 1.3.0 that renames the privacy type BlinkPrivacy to Privacy. Pair Paper Receipt SDK 2.5.1 with Activation 1.3.1, not 1.3.0, and use Privacy from the start.

1.3.0 built on 1.2.0, shipped together with Paper Receipt SDK 2.5.1, and introduced:

  • Ad consent. ActivationClient.initialize(privacy), now required, takes the user's privacy choices, and the SDK decides before every ad request whether to request a personalized ad, a non-personalized ad, or no ad at all.
  • Client-Side Offer Feed. Render the SDK's curated offers in your own UI.
  • Merchant promos. Offers that qualify on total spend at a store.
  • A fix for the 1.2.0 "Scan session not found" known issue on device-tier review requests.
